Direct selling industry expert – Malou Caluza is QNET’s first female CEO. Malou Caluza started as a Customer Service Officer and moved up the ranks. Hailing from a middle-class family, Kavita Sugandh started working early in her life. While she was already an entrepreneur when she came across QNET, the hustle was at a whole new level when she started with the company. Battling rejections and setbacks was a common affair but she forged through it all, getting her first commission check after 18 months.
