QNET Ltd. has appointed Vihaan Direct Selling (India) Pvt. Ltd. (the “Company” or “Vihaan”) as its sub-franchisee, a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956. Vihaan is in the business of Direct selling of various products in the categories of Home care, Personal care, Skin Care, Health food supplements, Watches and Holiday packages using e-commerce portal. The Company possesses all valid licenses required to operate its business and adheres to all statutory compliances mandated by the laws in force in India.
A consumer can go online on the Company website and buy the product of his/her choice, either as a retail customer using a referral id of an existing Independent Representative (IR) or register himself/herself as an IR of the Company. QNET / Vihaan compensates its IRs through whom the sale is facilitated, on the basis of sale of ‘products’ only.

It has been brought to our notice that some individuals, unauthorised by the Company (and in some cases IRs of Vihaan, notwithstanding their authorisation to represent the Company), have been misrepresenting/misleading the public while promoting the business, resulting in reputational loss to the Company and loss of money in certain cases to innocent purchasers. Stern legal action is being initiated and will continue to be initiated by the Company against individuals who are found to be engaging in such acts.

QNET / Vihaan has a zero tolerance policy for any misrepresentation of either the Company, its products or the business model.
