Here’s everything you need to know about getting your watch serviced at a QNET watch service centre near you:

1. Contact QNET India Support – Reach out to the QNET India Support Centre (ISC) for repair assistance. You can contact the QNET ISC via email at ([email protected]).
   The ISC will help you find the most convenient QNET Watch Service Centre for you to send your watch for repairs.
2. Assessment and Repair – Once your watch arrives, a customer service rep will work with the service centre to assess the issue and recommend necessary repairs. If your watch is under warranty, repairs and maintenance are included, with free shipping both ways!
   For repairs outside the warranty period, the customer service rep will provide a cost estimate, including any shipping fees.
3. Repair Process and Quality Check – Repairs typically take 2-3 weeks, depending on the damage and service required. Once complete, a trained professional at the QC Dept. conducts a final quality check to ensure everything is fixed and as per our quality standards.
4. Getting Your Watch Back – The customer service rep will notify you once the repairs are complete and arrange for the safe return of your watch. It will also come with an additional 12-month warranty for the specific issue that was repaired.

• It excludes strap or crystal damage, improper handling, accidental damage, water damage, or normal wear and tear.
• Unauthorised servicing will void the warranty.
