While celebration cannot be stopped, healthy eating during this time is not impossible. There are many ways to whip up healthy delicacies that are lighter on calories and good for you. Christmas is a time of fun and it can still be that if you indulge responsibly.

Below are a few lip-smacking dishes that can be cooked healthily with no less the taste:

Grilled Peaches with Honey Cream

This exquisite dish can be prepared by using QNET Nutriplus Monofloral Honey which has a richer flavour with many useful and nutritional benefits.

Ingredients needed –

  1. 2 tablespoons QNET’S Nutriplus Monofloral Honey
  2. 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
  3. 1/4 cup ground cardamom
  4. Half tea spoon salt
  5. 4 medium sized peaches, pitted and halved
  6. Cooking spray
  7. 1/3 cup plain, fat-free yogurt
  8. 5 tablespoon heavy cream
  9. 5 tablespoon whole milk
  10. ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  11. 1 cup of raspberries

Process –

  • Melted butter, honey (1 tablespoon), cardamom and salt are mixed in a medium bowl. Peaches are added and tossed for coating. It is let to stand for 5 minutes
  • A grill pan is heated over medium heat. Pan is coated with cooking spray. Peaches are arranged on the grill pan and grilled for 2 minutes on each side
  • Yogurt, heavy cream, whole milk, remainder honey and vanilla extract are combined in a small bowl and whisked.
  • Peaches and raspberries are served with it

Sugarfree Blackberry Mojito Mocktail

  1. Fresh lime juice

Process –

  • Lime juice, Natose and sparkling water are added and gently stirred
  • Mint leaves, blackberries and ice are added next
  • It is garnished using lemon slices
  • It is served chilled

  2. 75 g butter
  3. 100 ml double cream
  4. 200 gm cream cheese
  5. 175 g crushed digestive biscuits

Process –

  • Butter is melted and mixed with the crushed biscuits
  • A cake tin is greased
  • The butter and crushed biscuit mixture is put in the greased cake tin covering the bottom of the tin
  • Vanilla protein powder, double cream and cream cheese are mixed together
  • The cheese mixture is put on top of the butter and crushed biscuit mixture
  • It is refrigerated until set

It’s always a good time to have pizza. Make this delicious Keto pizza using QNET Nutriplus Fibre Fit, a very rich source of fibre.

Ingredients needed –

  1. 1 tablespoon QNET Nutriplus FibreFit
  2. 2 large eggs
  3. 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  4. Half tablespoon Italian seasoning
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 2 tablespoon olive oil
  7. 43g of Mozzarella cheese
  8. 3 tablespoon tomato sauce
  9. 1 tablespoon chopped basil

Process –

  • All the dry ingredients are combined in a bowl that you can use with your immersion blender.
  • 2 eggs are added to the mix and blended for at least 30 seconds
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil are added to a pan over medium high heat. Once it is hot enough, the mixture is scooped in a spoon and spread over the pan in a circular pattern
  • Time is given for the edges to set and look slightly brown. Once it does, it is flipped over. The process is repeated. Use the tomato sauce to spread over it
  • Cheese is added and the pizza is put in the over to broil. It is removed from oven once it starts bubbling
  • Garnished with basil on top
